Custom Bottle Cap Cufflinks
Where are CapLinks made?
We manufacture them outside of Boston, in the historic town of Concord.
Where do you get the bottle caps?
We source the caps from a number of places. We buy some unique, hard to find bottle caps on eBay. We also have friends who come across a really cool cap and pop a couple in the mail to us directly. Lastly, we tend to generate our own supply, if you know what I mean.
Can I mix and match different caps?
Certainly. Simply email us which brands you want and will make up a custom pair.
What kind of cufflink backing do you use?
We use what’s called a bullet-backing. The post is a hollow frame, and the closing mechanism is a narrow cylinder of metal that nests inside the frame. To lock the links in place, the cylinder is flipped outward, leaving the frame in place as the post.
What is your replacement policy?
Should one of your CapLinks break, please email us. We will send a new one to you immediately.
Is your site secure?
YES! We process our payments through PayPal. PayPal uses industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If you don’t have a PayPal account and don’t want to set one up, you can just pay with your credit card through PayPal.
What do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat fee of $5.75 for standard USPS shipping. Email us if you need them faster.
Do you charge sales tax?
If you have your CapLinks shipped within Massachusetts, you will be charged 6.25% sales tax. If you have your CapLinks shipped outside Massachusetts, there is no sales tax.
